Beauty and the Feast by J.R. Barrett is an entertaining contemporary romance.  Ms. Barrett has delivered a book that is not only well-written but a fun read.  Kudos to Ms. Barrett for the way she blended the humor in this story, well done.  Eva is a chef working for All Things to All People.  She creates meals, cleans and adds a special touch with all her clients.  Gabe hires Eva to cook a dinner for him and a date.  Their story is packed with phenomenal characters, drama, laugh-out-loud humor, sizzle and suspense.  This book hooked me at page one and I couldn't put the Kindle down until the end.  I loved it and would be happy to read more from J.R. Barrett in the future.  Beauty and the Feast is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
